The following is what you can expect if you need to cancel for any reason:

Registration fees. The registration fees are fully refundable — via the method you paid by — if cancelled in writing by noon Pacific Time one week before the pre-registration deadline.

Housing. The housing prices are refundable — via the method you paid by — if cancelled in writing by noon Pacific Time one week before the pre-registration deadline.

Meals. The meal package prices are refundable — via the method you paid by — if cancelled in writing by noon Pacific Time as follows:

• Up to 4 weeks before the pre-registration deadline the meal package prices are fully refundable.
• Up to 2 weeks before the pre-registration deadline the meal package prices are 50% refundable.
• Within two weeks before the pre-registration deadline we can no longer refund meal package prices.
